Bank Holiday Monday Prayer of Praise 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Praise be to you our God,
The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit.
You have given us the gift of life,
blessed us with loving families,
employment and a place we call home,
But most of all the blessing of your Son Jesus Christ
who paid the price for our sins.
He came for our salvation –
and daily you continue to bear for our burdens.
Forgive us when we priorities other things more than you.
We have time for our work,
to socialise with friends at the nearest pub,
and also to follow and have in-depth knowledge of football teams,
yet we fail to allocate ourselves time to worship you.
May the Spirit of the Holy Trinity teach and lead us into righteousness!

Amen.
